Experience in smoke damage restoration or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Restoration Technician

Restoration technicians assist with smoke and soot cleanup, surface preparation, contents handling, odor-source work, and general job-site organization in homes and commercial properties.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the Macon County service area
• Comfort working on active cleanup and restoration sites
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures and protect customer property
• Clear communication and dependable attendance
• Previous restoration, cleaning, construction, or maintenance experience is helpful but not required for every candidate

Restoration Crew Lead

The crew lead helps organize daily field work, guides technicians through cleanup priorities, documents job progress, and keeps customers informed about what the team is working on.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restoration, construction, property maintenance, or a related field
• Ability to organize small crews and daily job priorities
• Good judgment when working around customer belongings and finished surfaces
• Comfort explaining basic project steps to property owners
• Valid ability to travel between job locations throughout the service area

Customer and Project Coordinator

The project coordinator handles incoming customer questions, gathers initial job information, helps organize site visits, and keeps project notes and communication moving between the field team and property owner.

• Basic computer and record-keeping skills
• Ability to explain information in simple, friendly language
• Restoration or home-service experience is helpful but not required

Contents and Detail Cleaning Technician

This role focuses on careful cleaning of suitable household items, fixtures, cabinets, trim, and other detailed surfaces affected by smoke residue.

• Ability to follow material-specific cleaning instructions
• Respectful handling of customer belongings
